Beautiful over the top decorating (but in a cute way)
Cleaners ensure your stay is top tier.
Front desk could use some training on efficiency but in general nice people.

Cher visiteur avisé, Cet hôtel boutique regorge d’un ensemble d’objets (meubles, décorations, accessoires) évoquant la belle époque de la ville de Oaxaca. L’accueil est agréable. Le service acceptable. Les prix abordables. Il est situé près du zócalo de la ville dans le centre historique. Il est facile d’accès. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables.

Great service and location, clean, the parking is off-site, but it has good service.

Rooms were clean and quiet but the common spaces were limited and not that nice. The library was closed for renovations while we were there.

Location is great right in middle of downtown and close to everything. Only negative is bed are so hard.

its a nice room size and very quiet. we faced lack of water for some ocasions and the cleaner did not clean the room by 3 pm.
