we had a great stay. the room was nice and warm. however, during our stay the lift was broken and we had to carry our heavy luggages up the stairs from the carpark. it was quite inconvenient.

very nice hotel with its very long history, you can feel the historic atmosphere of the city by living in the room, the elevator, and everything in the room is amazing. The staff is very helpful too. Strong recommend.

It's a very retro hotel. The elevator is a door, giving it a medieval feel. The location is very good. The hotel is connected to a row of shops, which is convenient for parking and shopping.
