木質房子，走起來吱吱呀呀的，得輕點。沒有獨立廁所，大概兩三間屋共用一個廁所加洗澡間。
屋內設施可愛個性，有心了。根據密碼入住，若錯過郵件會很麻煩。。反正我是找了半天。單人床很窄，外國都一樣。

距離市中心非常近，位置得天獨厚，可以走路去看企鵝。

房間雖然比較小，但也是預料之中，畢竟沒有私人浴室。設施上説有獨立洗手間，實際上是一個洗手枱那種放在房間裏，馬桶也是公共的，如果介意的小夥伴慎選！還有就是停車並不容易，酒店內並沒有停車場，要停在路邊，那酒店門口就兩個車位，基本不會有空，而且不是酒店的房客也是可以停在這裏的，整條路上兩邊都是停着的車，很難有車位。酒店對面是一排私人房屋，門口空着的位置都不讓你停，説話非常粗魯，在新西蘭衹在這裏碰到過這麼粗魯的人，其他本地人，我碰到的都很友善。

房間的隔音一般，床品還是比較乾淨的，衞生間有三四個，樓上樓下的設計，窗外望出去旁邊是一個工廠，正面是奧馬魯的海灣，早上起得早的話可以看一個日出
