I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit. Due to my own oversight, I had booked one night less than needed. The front desk staff member was incredibly helpful; she found me a room and allowed me to extend my stay seamlessly without having to switch rooms. The room was clean, and it even had a washing machine with a drying function. The gym facilities were quite professional. There's a 7-Eleven conveniently located right across the street. Even though the room faced the street, there was absolutely no noise. It's also very close to the BTS station! Overall, I found it to be excellent value for money.

So it’s pretty much my favorite stay in Bangkok 
The hotel facility (swimming pool) is amazing 
their gym is also 24 hours you can use 
Room are cleans and have a lot space, depending on which kind of room you booked.
but based on my previous stay I’ve been stayed their few types of room and all the room have tons of space and the bed are comfortable.
I’ve been staying the hotel every time on my business trip or holidays few times now
and to be honest the location is absolutely very convenient for traveller. Near the hotels there’s a building full of restaurants and sky bars and if you walk at the areas in Klong Toei there’s a two main huge malls you can shop and dine in.
Around 45min to the main airport by car.  
There’s also two convenient store 7-11 down the streets.

Definitely highly recommended for families or businesses traveller if you are looking for a peaceful and easy access in the city but you prefer to have a home-vibe. I recommend this one.
Staff are very helpful and kind, I definitely will stay again for my next trip in Bangkok.

We stayed 4 nights and absolutely loved it, the hotel was very clean and all the staff were very accomodating and friendly! Also Oakwood is a great location very close to Saphan Taksin BTS station and the ferry is also a short walk. Our apartment was 1008 so we had the awesome view of the bangkok traffic. If you are planning to stay in Bangkok, I definitely recommend staying here.

very well located in the middle of the city ,I am very enjoying to stay restaurants and bars it’s just nearby people here very lovely the staff are helpful and room is super clean. I will come back again!

Breakfast was fine. Location is near the big mall (right next building) where you can grocery shop, eat and shopping. There was kitchen where you can make food, all needs were there(rice cooker, coffee machine, pan, etc), washing machine and drying machine too. On the 5th floor there were pool, spa and gym. Our first day we were swimming but pool was all in trash with some napkin or toilet paper i asked them ‘pool is dirty can you clean it” but response was we are cleaning the pool twice in a week so we can’t go to the swimming pool

I chose to stay in this hotel again during consecutive holidays. It is clean, tidy and quiet, and the landmark building is right outside the window. It is a good hotel worth recommending again and again.

Room is spacious and clean, the bed could be softer. Love the washer and dryer. Washer started off with some issue but was fixed by the engineer quickly. Do bring your own soap as those provided to us the pump wasn't working despite  feedback to the reception. Overall experience was great.

Efficient & friendly check in and out at Receptions. Big comfortable room with nice facilities - kitchen, laundry,  separate laege bedroom. Clean and well maintained. Tasty breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food and drink options.  Nice dining environment, good customer service. Fitness room at level 47 has reasonable range of equipment and free weights, treadmills, and great view.

Pros: Excellent service from all staff, always smiling and ready to help. Location is just across the road to St Regis hotel, where I attended a wedding. 
Cons: Found dust bunnies on several occasions during my 3-night stay. No face towel.Had to request for hand towel and hairdryer, which were provided promptly. Breakfast was lacking in choice and taste. You are better off trying the nearby cafes or food delivery services.
Tip: For those who prefer convenience, food delivery services (I used Grab Food) was a time saver. Used it too to get food to pack back as souvenirs for flight home.

I didn’t feel the apartment was well organized and prepared for us. I had booked and paid in advance for 6 people but amenities, facilities (hairdryer and wifi not existing) and breakfast was served for 3 people. I just don’t like to keep asking front desk for things. Maybe if the space were not ready that day better to cancel my booking.
