The room is clean and tidy, the furniture is classical in style, elegant and generous, especially the table lamp, which is very beautiful in shape. The hotel has a small swimming pool and a gym. The breakfast is a typical Western breakfast with everything you need, especially the hot water next to the coffee, which meets Chinese expectations. The suite has kitchen facilities, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, various plates, bowls, etc., but I didn't have time to use them during the trip. The front desk and restaurant staff are very friendly and this is a hotel I would like to stay in again.

The location is quiet but still in the heart of Oakville.
Bronte was ok but I would not go there again. They towed my car even I was a costumer of the shop next to ( it’s a typical Bronte problem) hopefully they get rid of these privat corrupt businesses.

À FUIR, GROS MANQUE D'HYGIÈNE ! J'ai plus de 50 ans, et des voyages, j'en ai fait. Je pense que c'est le pire hôtel dans lequel j'ai pu aller.... C'est vieux et sale. Une rénovation complète serait nécessaire... J'ai mis 1*, pour le petit déjeuner et l'amabilité du personnel parce que le reste c'est zéro.... En dix jours, je n'ai jamais vu ni entendu d'aspirateur ! La moquette des étages n'a jamais été nettoyée, elle est vieille et sale. Les cousins des fauteuils de la terrasse sont tachés et sales, on a vraiment pas envie de s'asseoir dessus ! L'eau de la piscine est trouble, je n'y mettrai même pas un orteil.... Dans la chambre, mobiliers vieillot, climatisation d'un autre âge qui fait un bruit pas possible, moquette tachée, plaques de cuisson également d'un autre âge !! Le ménage aléatoire, il y a des jours où l'on change juste les serviettes et l'on vide la poubelle, d'autres jours où l'on rajoute le lit fait et des jours, rien du tout... En 9 jours, les draps n'ont jamais été changé, les sanitaires jamais nettoyé ni la moquette ni les sols.... Enfin bref, un séjour catastrophique dans cet hôtel, je ne comprends pas comment il peut être aussi bien noté sur les différents sites que j'ai pu consulter.
