Reservations are very easy to make online and check in through the app was easy and used the digital key. Rooms are being renovated so ours was very nice and clean. Large room and bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was good and plenty of options. Checked out through the app and we were on our way. Very convenient location. We will definitely stay here again when we travel through.

Our group was offered upgrades a few days before. Some took them. As silver Hilton members we appreciated the water bottles and snacks provided to us at check in, by Kay. The hotel was clean and quiet.

This newly remodeled Hampton Inn is first in class in all aspects of hospitality. The entire staff treats you like you are the only person staying in the hotel. Just a short drive to anywhere in the St. Paul area and 18 minutes to the airport. Plenty of excellent restaurants in the area and no worries of safety like you have in downtown StPaul and Minneapolis. A special recognition to Rosey, the ever ready front desk person. Always there to help you. If you are looking for group support, go to Neasha Austin, seasoned professionals that will help you meet your groups goals.

We were in town for surgery for one of our dogs. The hotel accommodated both dogs including a later checkout for when our blood discharged after surgery. So every time we are here the staff is super friendly and the hotel is always clean. Highly recommend!

There was one issue that I told the front desk about. When you turned on the water in the shower, the handle would fall and the water temperature would get hotter and hotter. So when that happened, you moved the handle upward again for it to be the right temperature and it would promptly slowly move down in the water get hotter. Another issue that I did not tell them about was the rolling door to the bathroom squeaked horribly so we couldn’t close the door at night if we went to the restroom.
