Perfect Spot
Easy check in with lock box. Great screened in porch with fan. Games room! Yep, and they all work! Clean, clean , clean. So close to beach. 2-3 minute walk down nice street. Very spacious. Has linens and tones of towels and extras. Highly recommend!

A perfect family getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. With multiple cozy seats to relax on one of the quiet porches or gathering for friendly competition in the game room, this house offered something for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. As an added bonus, it's in close proximity to the beach and multiple restaurants. We plan to return to Oak Island in the future and hope we're able to return to this house.

Amazing location and amenities!
This property was amazing! Ideal location. You can see the ocean from the yard. The owner went above and beyond with the amenities. Everything was very clean and comfortable. You’ll want for nothing. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and we’d definitely stay here again. 🙂

Nice place….but
First, let me say that the home and neighborhood are very nice and super convenient to the beach. Nice backyard and quiet peaceful location. We had an issue with the lock to get into the house running out of batteries. Quick call to the owner ( who must live close) and it was fixed in no time.
But…. I have stayed in many many vacation rentals over the last twenty or so years and this was a first!!!
We were going to be arriving a few hours prior to the check in time and i could see from the availability calendar that no one had stayed there in the last few days. I asked if we could get into the house early. He told me “ yes, for an additional $25 per hour”. I declined. Have NEVER heard of such
Then , we were staying 4 nights and we were provided with one towel and one wash cloth per person for the entire stay. There were only three garbage bags given to us. We ended up having to go to the grocery store and purchase additional trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. ( we bought some wash cloths too but took them home with us )
Think owner needs to have more basic needs on hand for his future renters

Nice Spring Break Trip to Oak Island
Stayed M-F with my wife and 2 kids. We had a great time at the property. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were very close to the beach and a bunch of great restaurants. Beach was probably one of the best in the area but this time of year is still a little cold for the beach. We had fun in the game room every night and enjoyed the fire pit as well.
