They gave us a very small cabin but it is very well equipped, it has a coffee maker, microwave, dryer and the style is very picturesque.

We had an upstairs king room that was definitely outdated but it did have some Dutch charm. Carpet was marginal, shower grout very dirty. Shower temperature would fluctuate. I would have rated this with a 3 until I saw a worker shove, and I mean shove, three huge armloads of sheets (or towels?) in the washer. Makes you wonder if you're sleeping with the former occupant. Road traffic was insanely loud. Didn't mind the jet noise, what do you expect from a naval base town? A few office staff were friendly, others were not. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. Will not be back.

Quaint Place
We've stayed as part of a larger trip and it is really just average but very quaint. Parking was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Security seems good. Could use some renovation but overall it was comfortable though very little breakfast options. We'd stay there again though.

Charming
Lovely spot and the tulips in bloom were a highlight. Rooms are comfy and clean. Heating unit is efficient but not so quiet.

The only reason we were there was to sleep. Right at midnight someone in an adjacent room turned music on so loud we could hear every word. This continued until about 4am when they turned it down to an acceptable level. PLUS the room was freezing but the heater worked great EXCEPT every time it came on it sounded like a plane landing! Early a.m we shut off the heat, got about an hour's sleep, and couldn't get out of there quickly enough! We will not go back!

Our room was clean but very basic. We were just there for one night and it was budget friendly. Be ready for the "sound of freedom" during daylight hours from the nearby Navel Air Station.
