One night stay passing thru from Tennessee the location was easy to find just off I24. The staff was friendly at check in adjusting my room to a lower level for easier access THANK YOU. The lobby was huge and well maintained & very clean. The room was clean very spacious for two , the beds & pillows comfortable with plenty of light in the room. The area is well lit and very quiet at night . There is a Denny’s , McDonalds & service station nearby. We didn’t stay for breakfast so I can’t comment on that but I would stay here again without hesitation

This is obviously owned by someone who really cares. The facility is clean and well maintained. Check in was friendly and easy. Our room was upstairs. The room was updated and clean with comfortable beds and updated bath. The hotel is really quiet. Breakfast was adequate with several choices. The only downside is the pet charge which added about 25% to the overall bill. I would stay here again if in the area.

I am a truck driver, and my truck broke down at a nearby rest area and needed to be towed to the dealer, which was a short distance from The Quality Inn. It was necessary for me to stay at The Quality Inn for the entire week as the truck was being fixed. The facility itself is very clean and the room I stayed in was cleaned everyday - and very well! The front desk staff are very professional and polite. They were very kind to me and were aware of my predicament and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The manager of The Quality Inn picked me up at the rest area I was in and took me to The Quality Inn - and I was very appreciative since the temperature was about 100 degrees in Kentucky for that day and for most of the week. I recommend this Quality Inn to anyone that needs a place to stay. You will definitely feel welcome!

We won't be staying here again
It wasn't so bad that we didn't stay the night, but we won't be staying here again. There were people smoking in the parking lot, smoking on the balconies, and you could smell the smoke in the room. There were old stains in the furniture, the bedding and the floor. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedding. I needed to put my water in the fridge and when I opened the fridge it was disgusting. Breakfast had very limited options available. I mean, at least they had hot eggs, but no hot meat. Like I said, it wasn't bad enough that we left and got another hotel, but we won't be staying here again.

What I thought was different was that I had to put a $50 deposit on the room because I didn't book directly with them. Never had that before. The morning breakfast was kind of poor. No fruit,cold coffee.

Rooms are old and very outdated, worn carpet, tile shows poor workmanship, sink would not drain.

Pulled into the parking lot after being on the road for 10 hours and no other availability in area. Sheriffs were at the motel next door. Inside lobby was locked and you had to check in through a bulletproof glass window. Two people were in line before me and it took 30 minutes to check in. Upon checking in with a reservation I was charged a $50 deposit. I asked why and was told for “incidentals”. Holiday Inn doesn’t charge $50. Also no ice available, the shower squealed awful for entire use and room key and envelope were obviously reused. I double checked both bed for bed bugs, no sign but bedding was stained but clean. I didn’t sleep a wink.
