I got lost trying to find the hotel. When I called Ms Ruthie answered and helped direct me to her. She was the absolute sweetest from the time of that phone call throughout check in. Ms Ruthie, I appreciate your kindness and more people should be like you. Thank you! We will be back because of you. Oh the room was clean and the bed soooooooo comfortable!

We showed up unexpected. Monica, at the front desk couldn’t have been more accommodating. The hotel was booked but was able to get us in for a 1 night stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel seemed new. Highly Recommend. Staff courteous. Breakfast area clean, hot and fresh. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy not rock hard!

Staff was friendly, but the place missed the mark. Heated pool was very cold, we didn't go in beyond our knees. Hallways not clean, altho dark brown carpet shows everything. In our room, lampshades were dented, stained. Carpet stained. Big gash in panel by TV. Bed and linens were fine.

Daughter and I spent the night here. We did not have prior reservations but were tired of driving for the day. Front desk staff was wonderful, great attitude and helpful. Hotel was CLEAN and did not smell. Room was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice free parking, easy access to highway. Free breakfast was just fine. It does lack some of the amenities that more expensive higher class hotels lack but there was ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a good stay. The room was clean, water hot, beds very comfortable hard just like we like them. Regular hotel breakfast, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, muffins but no juice. The 2 things I didn't like was the stink bugs they are a nuisance, but this time of year it is almost impossible to keep out, other thing they charged us for the room safe and we did not use it, I will be calling to find out why.

We stayed one night at this hotel traveling through the area. The breakfast area was not monitored by staff. The coffee was stone cold, there were mosquitoes in the scrambled eggs and juice machine was not working. There are stains all over hallway carpets, old paint and bathroom fixtures need updating.

Had room issues as bathroom door frame creaks and heater rattled. Addressed with hotel and they did try to fix, but to no avail. Breakfast in a.m. was good....Hot waffles, eggs, ect. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just didn't like the room issues. Hope they fix. No tub in room, which was different....stand up shower. Nice. Also, fridge and microwave....pool and workout room

We stayed a night here on a road trip with the dog. Super clean and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was in great shape, no signs of its pet-friendly designation! Overall an excellent value.
