We booked two rooms two hours before arriving. The desk manager was very friendly and prepared with our reservation. He had automatically placed our family in adjoining rooms near the elevator. The rooms were fairly large and clean. The air conditioning was cold. The breakfast area was very well kept. Although I would have liked to see a couple more choices on the hot breakfast, like biscuits and gravy, the egg frittata, home potato’s and bacon were quite good.reasonably

Stayed here due to proximity to Ft Campbell. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Hotel was clean. Free hotel WiFi was pretty well useless but when we asked at the desk they provided a promo code for better wifi. Room was humid though, to the point where wet towels never dried even after days. Toilet paper and kleenex in the bathroom definitely picked up some moisture. AC unit wasn’t the greatest and couldn’t really keep up but I feel a lot of hotels are like this now.

A GREAT place to stay when visiting Ft. Campbell! Our son was graduating from The Air Assault School and the Hampton Inn was 8-minutes away, 6-minutes without traffic. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and it’s apparent they take pride in their work. From my check in, staff I encountered in the hall, to breakfast, everyone had a greeting and a smile. While I am not a big breakfast eater, the options looked fresh and my banana and yogurt were perfect. It is one of the best Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in, and I am a fan of the brand.

Nice people, everyone was friendly and well meaning. The facility need a bit of TLC. The AC in the room was leaking water on the floor and carpet was wet in a 3 foot radius around unit. Then the elevator quit working and we had to haul everything via the stairs to the 3rd floor. No one was at fault but….was a pain.

The hotel was okay. The food could be a little bit better. We also had a housekeeper to walk in the room without knocking . The hotel location is okay in really not that visible. Everyone greeted us as we came and went.

Awesome service! I had a long travel day and arrived around 7pm. Jenna was checking me in and she was super sweet. I needed to make changes to my reservation and she did it without a fuss. The next morning the two ladies running food service had a nice spread. They were constantly cleaning and very welcoming. Everyone from night staff, day staff, cooking staff, and housekeepers were amazing. Thank you all.

This may have been the nicest Hampton I've stayed at. Cannot think of one negative. Hotel seems fairly new. Staff were all very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was shockingly good for a Hampton. I was quite impressed and will stay only here if ever in the area again. My appreciation to the staff and congratulations to the management on a job very well done!

Excellent. With no reservations we were able to get a room. Lawana is a great employee. After she gave us a price I showed her what the internet showed and she gave us a $20.00 discount. She offered us to sign up for Hilton Honors but we declined. We signed up for that at the next Hampton Inn we stayed in Missouri. Room and bathroom very modern and pleasant. We will definitely recommend this Hampton Inn and we would live to go back to Kentucky and stay again. Breakfast was very good. I love the chalkboard in the breakfast area especially where they had the names of the 2 staff members handling the breakfast duties. Both the ladies had a smile on their face and they brightened our day. They seemed to enjoy their job.

This is my 2nd stay at this location for work and it’s just as good as the first stay. The rooms on each of my trips here have been very clean and modernized. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. All areas of the hotel I visited were very clean as well. Morning breakfast is your run of the mill free breakfast which is what I expect. Will be staying here again on my future business trips to Ft. Campbell.
