Horrible stay!! Management issues, rude staff, NO SOAP AND WERE TOLD WE SHOULD TRAVEL WITH OUR OWN. BOOKED THROUGH ******* AND NO ONE CSN REFUND OUR $235!!

Dora wa at the front desk with a smile and all the help we needed. She was accommodating and even got our group near each other. Great customer service.

Terrible. Hotel is tired. Rooms are tired. The bar couldn't figure out our check. When checking out they could not show us nor print out our bill. They said they emailed it, but there is no bill in the email. Will NEVER stay here again and we come here often as we have family here.

Never again! Our stay was four nights for two rooms and it was bad from the first night. If it hadn't been for the July 4th holiday we would have left and found a different hotel, but every other hotel was fully booked. The tv didn't work, someone took the power cord. After two tries maintenance found the correct cord. The a/c unit wasn't working so maintenance cleaned it while we were in the room. The thermostat on the wall apparently doesn't control the unit, so he disconnected it. We set it to 60 for our entire stay and the room never fully cooled and always felt muggy. The rooms were four occupancy, but each room had only one wash cloth and one bath towel. Every single night we had to call for towels and washcloths. The front desk was not helpful at all. We were told they don't keep supplies at the front desk and didn't know if they could find housekeeping or when housekeeping would be available to bring up the towels and cloths. She suggested we look to see if we could find them on our floor. That is just what you want your paying guest to do, play find the housekeeping staff. The housekeeping staff I found did not understand English, so getting additional towels from them was difficult. The hotel may be handicapped accessible, but the dining areas were either down a long hallway or had high tables and chairs not easily accessible by someone with a walker. The beds were also too high. We heard the pool was closed so we were not able to use that amenity. The price we paid for our two rooms for our four night stay was definitely too much. We have two more planned trips to Milwaukee this year and will definitely not be staying at Crown Plaza Airport Milwaukee. Staying in our car and washing up at the nearest gas station would have been just as pleasant.

Davonte at check-in was the high spot and things slowly went downhill after that. I'll send a listing of the thousand paper cuts to IHG but to the regular traveler, this was OK. There is a better option nearby for about $40 more. Close to the airport and per other reviews, the shuttle is often reliable. Have a plan B.
