Phenomenal stay. We are picky & prefer the Autograph Collection hotels when staying with Marriott. Vanessa & Joshua are gems and I hope management recognizes them for their exceptional service. I checked in alone with our six year old son and they went above and beyond to assist us and entertain him - even sending cookies and milk addressed to him & his favorite stuffed animal by name. I was beyond impressed (and felt incredibly safe and cared for). Then, my husband met us late in the evening after his flight & there were more special touches added to our stay. We are in the middle of relocating to Chicagoland and will stay here for all future visits. I was apprehensive about moving north coming from the south (known for friendliness) and the hotel staff here solidified that we made the right choice moving here!! They had no way of knowing this, but their first impression truly has alleviated so much stress. Thank you, The Drake staff!

Came for a wedding, had really excellent care. In particular, I'd like to give a shout out to Kevin. He personally helped deliver some champagne and flutes to the Groom's room on the day of the wedding. In general, staff was very helpful. I'd come again.

The room was spotless & comfortable. We stayed in the main building and appreciated the convenience of the restaurant & the parking lot. All of the personnel were friendly and helpful. Also the food in the restaurant was very good. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel & we will return.

We spent our honeymoon weekend at the Drake. It was a fabulous hotel and the customer service was top tier. We especially received excellent service from Rigo and Maria in the Lounge bar area. They congratulated us on our wedding with so much excitement and the next evening remembered us and showed even more hospitality. They made our stay absolutely incredible! The Drake Oakbrook was an outstanding experience for my new husband and I.

Amazing hotel and staff! The service was top notch, especially by James at the front drive. He was so sweet with our kids and made it fun for them. He also recommended a fantastic Italian joint nearby. He really made this trip extra special :) The property and rooms are clean and up to date! We ate at the Colonial Room on the patio and the food was excellent and service was amazing as well. We have 3 young kids, and they had a wonderful time. We will be back!!

A beautiful hotel and property. Friendly staff and comfy beds. James the valet/bellman met me at my car on a rainy morning with an umbrella so I didn't have to walk up from the parking lot in the rain. Now that's service! The bar is amazing with a great selection of bourbons.

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms and lounge. The food in the restaurant is very good. But the best thing is the service. Joshua at the front desk, James and Walter and the rest of the doormen, valets are great. Everyone seems to be focused on service, making your stay an excellent one. have stayed here before, always excellent.

Dinner was amazing, Barry was a fantastic server. He was prompt and attentive, and overall made sure we were all taken care of. When we asked for recommendations he provided expert advise and the food was unreal. 1000% would come again, thanks again for an amazing time!
