The location is not in city center of Chicago, but close to department store and highway. Which make it easier to find food and to go around. Staff also nice and helpful

My stay was fine until the front desk clerk on night shift (Moses) was very rude dismissive and unprofessional to me when I reached out to him with a complaint. He has a very nasty attitude with the guest. I will not be staying there again if he is on duty. This guy really needs customer service training when you are paying to be a guest you should not be spoken to in that manner

Was there for 3 nights- as a Gold Bonvoy member only one water on first night when standard is at least 2 per day. Room was never made up- no clean towels they were full so just didn’t bother to make up multiple rooms- no we did not have a do not disturb sign up. Reception staff make you feel like you are a burden to them. Either whole hotel is on heat or cold…. Individual rooms unable to adjust…. No sound proofing so like sleeping on a highway. Really nothing good to say except that across the street from the mall.
