Hyatt House Oak Brook

Hotel looks much more dated in person than in the pictures. Hotel interior is dark, stains on hallway floors, and an overall unremarkable hotel. Cleanliness in hotel room was substandard, with hairs from previous guests affixed to the bathroom walls, a mysterious black substance on the walls, a lack of hot water and poor water pressure in the shower. Breakfast closed earlier than advertised, leaving many guests to fend for themselves. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

I enjoyed the friendly staff. The daily hot breakfast especially Maria making the individual omelettes. Loved the upgrade in housing. Wish I could afford that room always but we stay a long time when we visit. My two daughters stay here also when they come into town. Love the small party atmosphere also. When things go wrong they are quick to fix them. We always enjoy our stay and that’s why we return annually. Keep up the good job.

Clean lobby and room , easy access to highway, very helpful staff and great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again

Room was damp, beds were damp, felt like the hotel was recovering from a flood. Bathroom shower co tools were not properly functioning, and tub drain was not functioning. Duvets were all smooth Wet, when held up to the light they appeared to have wet clumps in it.

Not much to write about...very average experience. There was one front office staff who was excellent. The rest of it was just mediocre
