On the day of arrival, the front desk informed me that there was only one reserved room left. Fortunately, they were given a free room upgrade. The overall service was pretty good. The room was relatively clean and the breakfast was a little simple. The hotel's WIFI was not connected to the Internet on the second day of check-in. It only became better when I was about to check out on the third day, which was a bit inefficient.

Room was damp, beds were damp, felt like the hotel was recovering from a flood. Bathroom shower co tools were not properly functioning, and tub drain was not functioning. Duvets were all smooth Wet, when held up to the light they appeared to have wet clumps in it.

Location was convenient and far enough away from the typical noise of traffic. The entire hotel was clean and very comfortable. Large seating area during breakfast. Our room was ready when we arrived, and we especially appreciated housekeeping making sure the room was allergy free without an upcharge!

We always stay at this property when we go to the Chicago area. It’s clean; the staff is friendly; and the made to order omelets they make on the week days only, are delicious! This visit we really appreciated Megan who was helping at the front desk. The hotel was extremely busy but she was able to find us a room that worked better for us. The sleeper sofa; in my opinion; is not the most comfortable. Thank you Megan for making our stay more comfortable! We’ll see you next time we’re in town!

Handicap suite with 2 queen beds and tub. The shower head sprayed erratically and water was all over the floor because the curtain not being wide enough. One remote for 2 tv’s (one tv in bedroom and one tv in living room space). The slide door on the bathroom is super heavy so it was hard for my handicapped mom to get it open and closed. The light in the bathroom will only stay on for up to 50 minutes so there was no way to leave a “night light “ on in the bathroom. I was less than impressed especially for the price of the room.

The hotel is great, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The parking is free which is a plus. The breakfast is excellent and María is a great employee. She prepared an omelette that was delicious. I would definitely stay here again. A+

Staff is friendly and service is excellent. We come in staff knows us and we feel valuable. The hotel is clean and we like the location and how it works for our family . Perfect location for us when we come to Illinois. We like the room and the flexibility of staying here . It feels like home .
