Family owned/charming home in Oak Bluffs, 1/2 mile walk to East Chop Lighthouse and slightly more to the town harbor, which connects to ferry terminals for Island Queen, Vineyard Fast Ferry, Seastreak, Hy-Line and Steamship Authority (Oak Bluffs terminal). Three bedrooms total with one king bed, one queen bed and two singles (bunk beds). One and a half bathrooms indoors plus an outdoor shower. Mini split provides air conditioning/heat throughout the house. Washer/dryer room for your convenience. Private parking for up to (2) vehicles. Relax on the deck or in the sun room with very quiet yard in peaceful wooded area. Wifi internet to work remotely on vacation or stream shows and movies. We were lucky to find this place after planning a last minute trip to the Vineyard. Plenty of room for our party of 4. The location was great for our stay in Oak Bluffs, walkable to food, Circuit Ave, Inkwell Beach, the library, and more. The bikes in the shed were a huge bonus for getting around, even down to Nomans. Our hosts were very responsive with a couple of needs that came up. Would recommend and return in future!

Dirty!
Hello Jon, I wanted to start out by saying the location of the house was great and the size was perfect for the four of us. Obvious a lot of hard work went into the remodeling. We really enjoyed the family photo album of the process. BUT the cleanliness was unacceptable!! I have some photos unfortunately, I can’t post them all. It is very obvious that nobody has cleaned that house or done a walk-through in a very, very long time. The amount of spiders and cobwebs tells me that and your maid is not doing her job. I had so much more to this email with better details, but unfortunately, I’m not able to communicate directly with you. This was a birthday vacation for my sister and it was quite embarrassing. I would like to be compensated in a way that we would both find fair. Thank you

Great stay in a great location
This property is perfect for a trip to Martha’s Vineyard; it’s close to many restaurants and very easy to get around. The sunroom and outdoor shower are fantastic! I recommend this to anyone looking to visit the island.

Excellent
Everything about this property wuz awesome. This has nothing to do w/ the property, but the walk to Oak Bluffs waterfront wuz a little hairy w/ no sidewalks, especially in the dark. We only walked once & then opted for quick $20 Uber rides which were e-z to get. Awesome vacation.

Family Gathering in Oak Bluffs
Had a wonderful stay at East Chop. Location was close enough to Oak Bluffs to be convenient yet far enough to be quiet. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and the beach chairs and cart were super helpful for a day at the beach.
