This hotel was amazing for our stay in June. We checked in here after having to check out of another filthy hotel and were 8 hours from home. They were welcoming and helpful the entire stay. The place is very clean, the staff very friendly, the location was right off the highway and only 10ish minutes to the Convention Center. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Bonus: Special shout out to this hotel for employing a welcoming and hard working special needs employee, Jim. He was a pleasure to run into each time and made sure every single guest was welcomed. It shows the management has outstanding values.

This is a nice hotel, convenient off the highway. It has a nice breakfast area and the employees working in that area were very friendly. I always enjoy having yogurt and oatmeal along with the usual hot breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, no complaints.

Only 4 years old, this is a well maintained, cheery hotel in an excellent location for visiting Missouri family. There is a large grocery store about a quarter mile down the service road. There is some highway traffic noise but the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was very good.

First of all I want to give a shout out to the breakfast team. They were very attentive and organized. Very good for complimentary continental breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Overall a great quick stay!

We were visiting O'Fallon to find a Veterans Memorial. We had been traveling since early morning and were tired. Saw the Holiday Inn off I-70 and decided to give it a try. No reservation, so wasn't sure if a room would be available - there was! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got settled into the nicest room! Hubby took over the TV and desk, I just chilled. As I'm sure others have commented, the pillows were divine!! We had a good nights sleep. The only problem I saw was someone that wasn't handicapped and did not have a placard, was parked in the blue cross lines, next to our vehicle. I informed the clerk(s), and they knew about the laws. But nothing was done, the vehicle was still there when we left. They should find out who has the vehicle and ask them to move it or police would be notified. We will put this one down in our "stay at" list for furture visits to the area.
