My husband and I only stayed one night. The check in process was quick and easy since we had prepaid through the app. They did need a credit card for a $100.00 deposit that we would get back after check out….. it’s still being held. Maybe tomorrow it will be back in my account.
Our room was nice at first glance. Went to take a shower and there was an open bottle of curtesy shampoo in the tub and hair. Ugh. So much for that I just prayed my sheets were clean and we went to bed.

Requested to pay a $100 security deposit for a 1 night stay costing only $60. Ridiculous to ask for 140% deposit in my opinion, and still waiting for it to be returned. Remedied calling the hotel on numerous occasions with no success. Praying that they may read this review and get it sorted ASAP! Thanks

I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. This place was the filthiest, nastiest place I've ever experienced and if I hadn't just had a long day of travel I would have requested a refund and left. Nothing was clean (see attaches photos). You can't even get the mirror clean?? I had to ask for a clean pillow and clean pillowcase as those were both disgusting and stained. Then at midnight a bro party moved in next door and kept us up for over an hour until we complained - thinnest walls ever. DO NOT stay here!!

Absolutely horrible, once we checked in and we came to our room the light in the bedroom did not even turn on, then we walked back down stairs to ask for another room and they said that they didn’t even had another king size bed available for us and on top of that before it was our turn to mention about our issues there was another couple having issues with their room about being a mess and used socks in their room that’s just very unprofessional for a highly recommended hotel. So once we actually mentioned to the front desk about our issues he sent the maintenance guys to our rom to fix the lights and they didn’t even know how to fix it I had to take over to help him take the light fixture off that just blows my mind and on top of that I was highly annoyed an irritated because I had to help him take it off on my vacation and it still not fixed, and on top of that when we went to the pool it was discussing the water was dark and brown and dirty. Then when I asked for another towel they said they didn’t have any more and the hotel was not that busy so that is just ridiculous and I highly don’t recommend this hotel for your stay go somewhere else don’t waste your money here and on top of that there were some prior damages to the room and when I tried to show him he didn’t believe me and I had pictures to prove it just really really bad hotel

Beds are very comfortable ,staff was very helpful location was very convenient. The price was in the right price range.There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel it takes only 3 minutes to walk to if need be. They serve scrambled eggs and sausage, they have yogurt, and cereal and milk,coffee, apple juice,and orange juice they also have toast,bagels,and waffles I would recommend staying to stay there.

Honestly i WOULD give NO star at all. but since I can’t, im giving this a ONE. To start off with, the room is kinda good. BUT, you see, there are STAINS on the bed sheets. That is NOT good. I even found someone’s hair in the bedsheet. EUGHH. Second of all, the curtains have POO COLORED stains on them. POO COLOR. that’s NOT ok. Third of all, the pool is very BUNS. the air makes my eyes hurt and that it makes it feel like someone’s cutting onions near the pool. I literally couldn’t open my eyes for 5 mins straight because of how bad the pain was. I even shed so many tears. My cousin even THREW UP in the shower from the pool. you don’t even know how bad it was.. even my brother was complaining EVEN though he wasn’t in the pool. I got 2 cuts from being in the pool. WTH. the pool floor is BAD. TERRIBLE. PLEASE. smooth it out!! that’s how I got my cuts.. my cousins only got ONE bed when they specifically asked for TWO. Worst hotel ever.
