Sleep Inn O'Fallon Near I-64

Absolutely disgusting. . The air conditioner was full of mold. The tub had hair in it. The fridge was full of ice and not working I requested a different one and was ignored . The microwave had no plate and sounded like it was gonna explode when you tried to use it but it didn’t work either . The remote was covered in sticky residue . The worst part was the mold. I ended up going to emergency room with a splitting migraine. I can’t believe I was breathing that in !! Customer service ******. It was dirty and run down. The front doors didn’t even work . Don’t stay here. Even for as cheap as it is it’s not worth the money !! It’s like a run down motel. Absolutely terrible. I wanted compensation for my terrible stay but once again I’m sure I’ll be ignored so here’s my review !!!

This hotel is very run down. I'm honestly shocked it still has a Choice label. It's dirty. Carpets are nasty. Stains, frays dirt at the edges. The 3rd floor smelled like clove oil and shrimp or curry, very strange. The mattress casing (not the sheet) on the bed we didn't use was disgusting. Stains all over it like someone used it as a napkin. The overlay decorative blanket was aslo very stained. Pillows were terrible. The curtains in our room were full of holes so it looked like a horror movie every morning where the sun shone through. Phone was not operational as it had no phone cord connecting it to the wall. AC worked well, it was frigid the entire stay as we wanted. Elevator was disgusting and hot. Didn't eat breakfast because honestly it didn't look good and they had no coffee our entire stay. Coffee maker in room was sketch so we didn't use it either. Woke up to a spider staring down on us from the wall. Overall this hotel cost too much to be this icky. I wouldn't stay here and I would say this is not on par with how you expect a Choice hotel to be. Parking lot did not feel safe at night.

It’s okay, if you don’t want to spend a lot then stay here. The shower floors are very slippery so be careful!

Bed linen is stained and sheets don’t look clean. Carpet is filthy although the hotel. Staff not friendly

AC unit did not work. Room smelled like smoke and there were visitors arguing in the hallway between 1-3am.

Needs Some TLC We were disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of our room and the noise from other rooms was so loud that it was difficult to rest.
