Surprised this hotel has kept its franchise. Outside very unkept . Landscape full of weeds. Unfriendly staff. Shabby inside with banged up doors and woodwork. Beds were ok and location was good and close restaurant was good. Not quite up to cleanliness standards usually found at an IHG hotel. We would pass on staying there again.

The bathroom is filthy. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom, the ceiling has water damage from the room above, the wall paper is peeling off the wall and the towel hook is not properly attached to the wall. When we entered the room it had a musty/sewage smell. I don’t not recommend this hotel 1/10.

My room was clean for the most part. The inevitable dirty bathroom corners spoiled a good cleanliness rating. I didn’t care for the functions of the A/C - no continuous fan function. Pretty good value but a long way from city center. The exterior of the hotel was fairly shabby. I would not have chosen to stay here if I had seen the outside of the building beforehand. The outdoor smoking area is close to the front door, so steer clear of that if your grossed out by smokers. There are only ice makers are on the ground and third floors. Probably would choose a nicer lodging at a slightly higher cost. Tip: Public areas need cleaning or remodeling.

The refrigerator in our room wasn’t clean. Also, in the bathroom, the mirror was dirty as well as white marks(maybe toothpaste) on the wall.
Could use some maintenance touching up the ceiling in bathroom where it appears discolored and peeling.

Our room had a very odd odor, like a mildew/damp/moldy smell, specifically in the bathroom. Everything else was perfectly fine!

Horrible facilities. If you don’t agree, ask them why they lost a huge contract with a local business that used them year round. Musty smells. A/C, lights, exhaust fans inoperable or intermittent. Nasty carpet. Housekeeping…NOT. No security at the doors leading to parking lots that look like a construction zone. Poorly lit as well. No healthy choices for breakfast. If you book a room with specific needs, you won’t get it. Always something every time I stayed there.
