A beautiful place, but considering how expensive everything is here, the service is very poor. The waitress spilled wine on me from head to toe, and I had to change completely, including my shoes. They did bring me a replacement wine, but by the time I went to change in my room, it had become completely warm. I was a bit surprised that I didn't even receive any special apology; it would have been nice if, for example, I didn't have to pay for that wine... Truly very strange treatment of a guest

Very nice room, beautiful park surrounding it. You drive on a park pathway to get there which was a bit different. There was a raging party in one of the rooms of the hotel but wasn't a problem.

Nice park, hotel is average, breakfast poor. Coffee is good. Large parking, quick walk.
Got woken up by screaming women at 2:30 am and receptionist said. Yeah we don't disturb now and no follow up. Screaming was out of this world

Tolle Lage, Nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe! Wo die 4 Sterne kommen frage ich mich schon. Das Zimmer selbst war gut, nett eingerichtet. Wenn morgens selbst die Marmelade alle ist und die Kaffeemaschine defekt, dann ist man leider nicht zufrieden.....
