這次入住體驗超棒，前台的擁增功不可沒！我到店時已過ten o'clock ，本以為會疲憊又煩躁，結果前台接待員擁增馬上迎上來，微笑超暖，快速辦好入住，還貼心推薦附近餐廳，房間衞生也乾淨，超舒服。然後check out時我落下充電器，她發現後立刻聯繫我，這種認真負責真的太難得！下次來這邊，肯定還選這家酒店！周圍的風景也非常的美，The scenery is extremely beautiful and I highly recommend it.

【五星好評】這家酒店徹底顛覆奢華定義！服務細緻入微：從雨天遞薑茶到夜床服務配蒸汽眼罩，每個細節都透着温度。湖景房將山水畫卷收入眼底，晨霧與星空在智能窗紗間流轉，私屬花園白鷺水景隨手拍出大片。前台兩位小姐姐服務態度很温暖很熱情，還有石鍋雞:小劉做的很好吃，熱情介紹吃法，一直添湯。

在魯朗恆大酒店，把風景當“室友”！
這酒店，主打一個藏式風情，一磚一瓦都散發著濃濃的藏族韻味，彷彿瞬間穿越到了神祕的藏地文化捲軸裏。站在酒店門口，面前是魯朗湖，像一塊被大自然精心打磨的藍色寶石，微風拂過，湖面波光粼粼，背後是巍峨的雪山，山頂的積雪在陽光的照耀下閃閃發光，宛如神仙居住的冰雪宮殿。就問這“湖景 + 雪山”的雙重景觀，誰看了不心動💗，可惜天空不作美，一早上就開始飄雪，太陽公公就上了半個小時班就打卡下班了，旅行就是如此，總會留點遺憾，一切都是最好的安排，扎西德勒。最後要感謝丹增旺姆和餐廳部小劉，特別熱心。

臨時決定在魯朗住一晚，在攜程上盲選了恆大酒店，到店驚喜連連，先是給我們升級了雪山湖景房，坐在沙發上就可以觀景；酒店的藏式風格適合拍照，我們美美的一通拍；酒店贈送的石鍋雞也很驚艷，朋友很喜歡，認為是她吃過的味道最好的石鍋雞，小石鍋是酒店定製的，真是可愛又實用，酒店的自助早餐品種豐富，中西合璧，非常棒。感謝餐廳服務生劉明鑫的熱情招待和介紹，感謝客房服務生旦增旺姆的熱情關心。提個小建議，有智能馬桶就更優秀了😜
