The hotel is located near the mountains and the water, and the environment is first-class; especially on hot days, it feels very cool; in the morning, the white mist is lingering, like a fairyland. However, the hotel's catering service is average, and it often takes a long time to order food.

The stay was very refreshing. The food was freshly prepared. The shower was fairly warm for an evening shower but nice and hot when I got up in the morning.Spacious clean room, perfect for resting after a gruesome trail run hosted by the resort.

We held our 2025 Convention at Troutbeck. The service was top notch with the cold temperatures adding flavour to our stay. The food and drinks were also of the best quality with staff ensuring we are catered for at any time.
