The Village Inn Hotel

Rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and they provided different options for my vegetarian partner. It is a hotel which caters more for business people rather than tourists so there are some surprises like hot milk for cereal which is not too big a deal. The staff could not have been more helpful and we felt very welcome. It is difficult to find B and B type accommodation in Nyanga and we may well be back here.

There is nothing I can say that can make this hotel better. It's simply extraordinary. If you want to experience pure luxury and be treated like royalty then you must visit Village Inn. From the moment you get there till your last minute you are treated like royalty. Every little thing is taken care of and there is nothing they won't do to make you more comfortable. Dinner was great the landscape was serene. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Went with my boyfriend for breakfast after an early hike in the national park. We had been referred to eat at the Village Inn, by a few people. It was absolutely terrible. There was no one who came to greet or direct us, after asking one of the waiters, he told us it was a buffet breakfast, which was fine. He seemed hungover/tired and was a little rude. When we asked on pricing, he gave us the wrong price through swipe, which we wouldn't have paid and have paid in US$. I won't be referring anyone here, it's better to go to a better lodge to eat.

What a beautiful hotel this would be second time we have visited from UK and again customer service absoulutely warm and welcoming it was nice to see staff we knew from previous time we came we were very happy to see michael bar tender aswell such lovely people the place just gets better and better rooms look even better than first time we came they have certainly upgraded and the surroundings are just beautiful the food and breakfast was very nice no complaints and to have our car washed in the morning was very thoughtful I also made friends with the staff which was lovely and they have a shop.now we bought some gifts and honey we will be coming back I hope to see everyone again.i slept like a baby the beds were very comfortable i did not want to get out of the shower the shower was very nice indeed so thankyou nyanga village in for another great visit it was yet again wonderful experience sending alot of love from Mr and MRS danayi kashiri from the UK.
