Good service and management Team , wonderful experience on stay with good Team, good hospitality From service people and management , The conference is huge enough to accomodate more than 150 people from outside which is very interesting

Good hotel and nice meals, rooms service is okay? But problem is the waitress she not sharp, awaiting my food for one hours, this is not good! Apart from that everyone there is good,nice rooms, environment is good, breakfast is good and nice keep it up

Very comfortable, great staff, super value, a great view from the 7th floor across the city and out to the lake, all in all a wonderful experience that helped make our stay in Mwanza extremely enjoyable. We look forward to returning some time soon.
