Hospitality was wonderful! Front desk staff, restaurant staff and Oliver were so kind and thoughtful. The grounds are beautiful. I appreciated all the bottled water. Loved the gift shop with local artisans. Rooms were lovely and made the stay so comfortable.

Our hotel was wonderful! The staff was exceptional, very kind and always helpful. We enjoyed visiting the gift shop. So many local items were available and Oliver was very knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel overall was very clean and well maintained.

Everyone was friendly and overly accommodating! A beautiful facility with all the amenities, restaurant, bar, pool, tennis courts. A daily sweet treat left in the room by the staff. Everyone was engaging and warm, highly recommend!

It felt like I was in a movie set, and everything was wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly! The rooms were spacious and thr food was exceptional! I swam laps in thr pool and the water was sparkling, Everywhere we ventured on the hotel property, the staff was there to help with whatever we needed.

Très bon accueil lors d'un voyage professionnel dans le Nord du Rwanda Merci à Venuste et Sandra pour leur gentillesse durant le séjour. Hôtel très propre bien situé. Je recommande cet hôtel Mantis du groupe Accor que je ne connaissais pas.

Great experience at Epic for a conference: very nice looking facility, dedicated staff willing to support any request/need, spacious room. The surroundings, that I appreciated through an early run session, are as well very nice looking. Epic is an amazing destination for conferences and for a relaxing and nature-oriented experience for few days !
