The warmest of welcomes from Achinika the owner who was our most charming and helpful host. The rooms are basic but spotlessly clean with a functional bathroom with basic electric shower. We had both dinner and breakfast cooked by the owners mother and both meals were excellent . Wine and beer available. We were offered snacks to take with us on the climb. The hotel is at the edge of the village in a quiet location about 15 mins walk to the start of the climb. Highly recommended.

Achnika, our host was such a warm and friendly woman who made us feel at home straight away. We had a late check in which she stayed up for us and offered to make us dinner upon arrival. It is about a 25 minute walk from the beginning of Adams peak hike. The breakfast was lovely and the whole experience felt like she had our best interests and was so intent of making us comfortable and happy. I highly recommend

Шикарный вид из номера и с террасы ресторана на пик Адама, вкусная европейская кухня, бассейн с горной водой, внимательный и вежливый персонал. Из минусов: - дороговато в ресторане, если сравнивать с аналогичной едой в Нувара-Элии и на юго-западном побережье - не бронировали заранее, в итоге получилось дороже за счет стоимости завтрака «сверху», на букинге - завтрак был включен. Не критично, но впечатление смазало..

Wie haben hier eine Nacht übernachtet, um in der Früh auf den Adams Peak zu laufen. Die Gastgeber waren äusserst herzlich und bemüht und haben für und gekocht und ein Frühstück vorbereitet, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Zudem haben sie für uns einen Guide organisiert, da in der Zwischensaison keine Lichter auf dem Weg brennen und auch wenig Touristen unterwegs sind. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern.

Dunque l’albergo è minimal, gli arredi sono vecchi ma come punto di forza ha la cucina e il personale molto disponibile. Si trova vicino all’ingresso per l’ Adam’s Peak e se chiedete avete anche la colazione al sacco per l’ escursione. Io ho pagato tutto alla fine; i pranzi e le colazioni; nn fatelo perché in un attimo il conto è cresciuto.

One of the worst experience we have faced. Owner and her other staff doesn't know how to treat guests. They don't know how to respect people.we never recommend this place to anyone. It's like waste of our money.

Tous d'abord nous sommes arrivés avec 3h de retard car nous avions 4h de route notre uber à mis presque 7heures. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h00 passé. Et avant même d'arrivé ils nous ont envoyé un message vers les 20h pour ce renseigner et nous ont envoyé le menu pour que nous puissions mangé chaud en arrivant. Et nous avons eu un en cas pour le Adam's Peak. Les repas sont tous très bons comme les en-cas. Elle est vraiment adorable. Ils sont au petit soins. Ils nous ont même trouvé un taxi, un peu onéreux mais nous sommes au milieu de rien. Pas de uber, ni de tuktuk sur pickme. Et autre point important son anglais est incroyable, je n'ai pas un anglais élèvé mais j'ai tous compris très clairement. ස්තුතියි

Malheureusement mauvaise expérience pour nous. Y avons séjourné une seule nuit avant l'ascension du adam's Peak et beaucoup de bruit cette nuit là. Des touristes irrespectueux des autres et malgré les demandes de l'hôtelier le calme est revenu un peu tard. Par contre personnel très très gentil. Chambre vieillotte mais une petite nuit cela suffit amplement

So overpriced for what it is. Should be called Grand Theft Adamspeak. The hotel could only be booked on *********** so we figured the price would be reflective of the quality of the hotel. It wasn’t … which is why it’s not on *******! Was charged USD$170 per night for a room that should only be USD$35 a night. The photos on the website and on *********** have been photoshopped. I have shown actual photos below. The room stank, water was leaking from the toilet, it was full of mosquitos and we were kept awake by dogs fighting all night. On a positive note, food was good. Stay somewhere else and get value for your money!
