This is really healing. It is one of my favorite hotels during my trip to Sri Lanka. The service is great. Because I checked in during the Spring Festival, the hotel staff said "Happy New Year" from check-in to breakfast the next day. There is also a "Happy New Year" light box at the front desk of the hotel. I feel very friendly in a foreign country. The breakfast is very rich. The Thai food downstairs of the hotel is great. I am not used to the local food. I ate Thai food downstairs of the hotel. I was moved. The room is clean. Although it is old, it has a texture and has a fireplace. This is very important because the altitude here is high and it is still cold at night. I have a cold. I feel much more comfortable after turning on the fireplace for a while. The hotel can rent bicycles. I also rode around the lake. The overall experience is perfect!

The room was very nice. It had an old-school British feel. There were enough facilities nearby. There were many restaurants to eat at. The Thai food was pretty good. The breakfast was pretty good too. But the dinner was just average.

A very British hotel, just like a traditional hotel in London. Maybe it's because it's in the mountains, the weather is much colder. There are no bugs and geckos along the way, which is a bit strange.
The bar is very comfortable, the afternoon tea is also exquisite, and it feels like I'm in the UK instead of Lanka for the time being
