Excellent property. Right by the lake and such attention put into details. The property itself is beautiful and cost clearly wasn't an issue when this was built. The staff made excellent breakfast for us in the morning. Highly recommend for anyone visiting nuwara

Went to the hotel to check in. there was no reception nor a receptionist. we were spoken to by a male who was not even in an uniform. we wanted to check out the room that were assigned to us. the room looked unclean. bedding was torn and dirty. there was a bad odor coming from the room. the pictures that were published in your web site was deceiving. decided not to stay at this property.

This was our first stop in Sri Lanka for one night only and after a nightmare journey with flight cancellations, the staff very kindly allowed us to check in at 5am, which we greatly appreciated. The phone number for the hotel was wrong on ******* so we struggled to get in touch with them to let them know about our late arrival however our driver was able to contact them for us - so just make sure you’ve got the right contact details in case you need them! The hotel is lovely and we were sad not to have been able to enjoy it for longer!

One of the best places ever visited. The hotel is small and an ideal place for couples, scenic view and good climate. Staff were extremely friendly an even they did our laundry at no cost. Ask for anything they will help you. Thank you Mr.Prem and his team. Will visit again with our family. Sanaa

From welcome tea to the departure, exceptionally friendly service. We traveled with kids & they supported us with all needs. Food was fantastic & property is in mint condition. Bedrooms & Bathrooms are modernized with latest aesthetics. Will definitely visit again. PS - especial mention for Prem & full staff. Best Service, keep up the kind work.
