CheRiz Boutique Villa Hotel

I have stayed for night only. The hotel is located on a hill with an amazing view from the windows. The room was well decorated and had a nice sound system. It also had heated bed. The only off thing was when the housekeeper entered my room without my permission when I was out. When I complained, he said he was cleaning, which is awkward because I checked in 2 hours earlier and the room was already clean.

This is a very pretty and comfortable small private hotel in the highest part of Sri Lanka. Room was extremely comfortable and clean, views from our window (when not cloudy.) . They were well prepared for the cold - heater in room, doona on bed and electric blanket on bed. They have striven to create a beautiful ambience with the decor, and made us very welcome, even music put on in our room. No meals included and the dinner was a bit on the high side $$$-wise (and don’t order a capouccino) - otherwise was very nice.

Really an oasis in the mountain. Excellent blend of heritage British architecture and traditional Sri Lankan design, coupled with an excellent view of the tea plantations. We stayed at the suite on the top floor and had excellent panoramic views. Note that it is a boutique and the hotel only has 4 staff (the chef doubles as the electrician!), so expect service to be a little slow. However, this wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. Special shout-out to Thanuja who made the stay super comfortable and memorable. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful welcome ginger tea and yummy fudge. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, we had a great view and we loved our stay. The location was also great to the town and Grand Hotel. Thank you.

Three real pillows finally! The staff was really kind and gentle. The room amazing and well heated Because outside the weather is Cooler than in other parts of Sri Lanka. It was all really clean and comfortable We enjoy a really good breakfast with an amazing view. Truly recomend It!
