Came with family, with wheelchair bound sister. Not accessible for disabled due to the long stair at the entrance. Rooms include keyless locks, strong WiFi, English channels, and plenty of hot water for the cold weather. Food was highlight of our stay, chef and manager deva cooked us up a superb meal, best one we had in Sri Lanka so far. But electricity went out during the night and caused the door to swing wide open by itself. A really crucial fix for guests safety. All in all the amenities could use some improvement but you can't fault the hospitality. Good stay overall.

Especially good this place is perfect. In fact, I live in a villa, there is a housekeeper, especially good, and the food I eat is also very good. I lived for two days and drink the sea food soup every day. It was delicious and the room was especially clean. It was obvious that it was an old house, but it was really clean and it was very cheap. We two people, the appetizer, the soup, the staple food, and ate 155. The service is so good, the butler is very polite and gentle. Breakfast needs to be selected the night before. The butler also asked us if we need the menu of the main building there. He can get it back in 5 minutes, but I chose to eat here because I want to drink sea food soup. I will come out and ask what is the taste, delicious, really. I really like this place, quiet and fresh. Because I had to get up early in the Horton Plain, I told the butler the first day to take breakfast. It’s a great place to take a lot of photos, but unfortunately only 9 photos.

The room is large and the furniture is simple. The bed is not very soft, I like this slightly harder mattress. The chef's breakfast and dinner are good and more suitable for Chinese appetite. There are also resident singers for dinner. The hotel is also convenient to Horton Plains, which is about 45 minutes by car.

It is a bit far from the city center. It is a very British-style hotel. The small garden is beautifully trimmed, the room is clean, and there is a balcony. It faces the tea garden. It is quiet at night and the air is fresh in the morning. I like this hotel. The hotel provides a buffet dinner with many varieties. Breakfast is also a buffet, with not many varieties. Very good British service.

As a transition hotel between the two Resplendent Ceylon hotels, this British-style hotel located in Noir Aire is good. The lobby, restaurant, and courtyard facilities are rich. The food in the restaurant is also diverse and delicious, and the price is very cost-effective. , the only disadvantage is that due to the high altitude of 2400 meters, the temperature is low, the room is cold, there is no air conditioning, and the cup feels a bit damp.

We enjoyed four days at Ferncliff Bungalow and the resident manager, chef, and all the staff were incredibly professional, informative, and extremely attentive. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous with blooming trees, flowers, and gardens. The manager even provided us with a small rosemary plant to bring home (we live in Colombo) when we expressed how hard it was to find rosemary in the city. The room was very large, extremely comfortable, and we LOVED the hot water bottles brought to us in the evening. Also very much enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace in the dining hall. We will definitely be visiting again.

Me and my husband went to a 7 day vacation to the firs. The place is aesthetically pleasing and has a rustic vibe to it. The hospitality was a 10/10. The staff were helpful and kind and always had a big smile on their face. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The manager Sudharshan was especially kind and guided us throughout our journey. The food was amazing many varieties to choose from. My husband loved the Sri Lankan cuisine from there. A big Thank you to the team of the firs! ❤️

Arriving in the afterglow of the setting sun, the two-story small building of this villa is quite suitable for couples or a family of four. Since our tour guide only accompanies us for one day, we solved the dinner problem before arriving at the destination. If you don’t prepare dinner, the waiter at the hotel will use tutu Drive customers down the mountain to eat. But we have to come back before ten o'clock in the evening. Opposite the hotel is the highest mountain in Sri Lanka. This was a second visit, sadly both have been for just one night. It is such a change to use an electric heater and not air conditioning (altitude is 1881 metres and so it is cool). The area is known as Little England with many colonial buildings and that is really the style of the hotel. It is lovely ... and the food, well, just say ”Wow Factor” I had a conversation with the manager, a very pleasant man, as are all the staff members. One slight moan is that the room televisions do not get BBC World and most of our hotels on the island did.

Nice hotel located in Nuwara Eliya. The hotel reminds about a western style, British country side hotel and is also good looking- both interior and exterior. The staff are fantastic and the service the best! The chinese food was so good here (it’s their speciality here) and the location is really the best, surrounded by tea plantages and beautiful nature! And they have a fantastic pub here too🤩
