湖景房實際上並沒有窗，有一扇後門到花園
湖景其實不大，花園挺好的
最難以忍受的是噪音，旁邊有個酒吧會喧囂到半夜，根本無法入睡

A very pleasant stay! There is no check-in at the front desk, the butler will help you directly to check in and bring it to the room. The key used in the room is really made of wood🔑! The hot water is not very stable and will cool down after washing for a while. The swimming pool is indoors, but unfortunately it is closed after 6pm.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im W15. Alles war super entspannt mit einem klasse persönlichen, aber unaufdringlichen Service, der auch auf individuelle Wünsche toll eingegangen ist. Einmal hatten wir für Nuwara Eliya ungewöhnlich tiefe Temperaturen, sodass wir uns über die Wärmflaschen riesig gefreut haben - nur ein Beispiel für den zuvorkommenden Service! Super lecker war das Essen! Jeder Mitarbeiter hat uns die nationalen Gerichte (zum Teil mit Lebensmitteln aus dem W15-Garten!) toll beschreiben können. Alle haben sich bei Raj und dessen staff sehr wohlgefühlt!

Wonderful boutique hotel with excellent service and a very homely feel. To complement this, it has excellent food with great taste. Loved every moment we stayed here. The rooms are very spacious and have top of the line products. Can't wait to return!

Amazing hotel, even better than the pictures! Kind and nice staff. A rich breakfast and also an excellent dinner. Definitely a place I would like to return to. It is important to note that there may be festivals on weekends and there will be loud music until the night

Very much enjoyed my stay here. The food was good the accomodation was very nice and it had everything you needed. The staff was so polite. Especially Suraj helped us to get around the area and also recommended us various activities to do and always made sure that we felt welcomed and attended to.
