湖景一般，湖是黃的，剛好遇到一個節日，一直吵到半夜，體驗大打折扣。
酒店內部還是很棒的，裝修很有格調，不是那種浮於表面，質感、細節都到位。有種回到英國湖區和高地的感覺。
晚餐出品在線，但價格不便宜。覺得welcome drink茶不錯，又要了點，竟還被收了一壺的錢。第二天早餐點餐制，但就衹能點一份。黑咖啡免費，拿鐵就要錢…….雖説沒啥毛病，但體驗就很差。有點太摳唆了，也對不起1500+/晚的價格

湖景房實際上並沒有窗，有一扇後門到花園
湖景其實不大，花園挺好的
最難以忍受的是噪音，旁邊有個酒吧會喧囂到半夜，根本無法入睡

A very pleasant stay! There is no check-in at the front desk, the butler will help you directly to check in and bring it to the room. The key used in the room is really made of wood🔑! The hot water is not very stable and will cool down after washing for a while. The swimming pool is indoors, but unfortunately it is closed after 6pm.

W15 Lake Gregory is a charming property with modern amenities that make it a pleasant place to unwind in Nuwara Eliya. The rooms are clean and cozy, though smaller than expected. Heaters in the rooms were a welcome feature, but they didn’t always function properly, which was a bit disappointing given the cold climate. The heated swimming pool was one of the main attractions, but unfortunately, the pool heaters weren’t working properly during our stay. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the pool, especially in the chilly weather. The food, on the other hand, was excellent—flavorful and well-presented, easily one of the highlights of the stay. Service overall was good, although the initial welcome lacked the warmth and hospitality usually experienced at similar resorts. That said, the staff were polite and accommodating throughout the visit. As for the views, while the surroundings are peaceful, they didn’t quite live up to the picturesque scenes described in the property’s promotions. In summary, W15 Lake Gregory offers a comfortable stay with delicious food and decent service, but there’s room for improvement in terms of heating, hospitality, and delivering on scenic expectations.

We had a truly amazing experience during our two-night stay at W15 Lake Gregory. The food was excellent, the hospitality was superb, and everything from the cleanliness to the overall atmosphere was outstanding. The heated pool was a fantastic value addition, making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay so memorable: Shimal, Krishan, Harisudan, and Madusanka. Your warm and attentive service truly made a difference and made us feel right at home. Thank you for such a fantastic experience😍we highly recommend W15 Lake Gregory!

If you're looking for intimate luxury accommodations in the Nuwara Eliya area, W15 Lake Gregory is a great choice. With a limited number of rooms and an extremely dedicated service team standing by to attend to your every need, it's definitely a cozy place to stay. While the entire staff was exceptional, a special thank you goes to Lakshan and Kishan who consistently went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They both seemed to try their hardest to proactively anticipate my needs and provide superior service. The hotel also offers a pool, gardens, and great views of Lake Gregory and the surrounding area.
