It is a bit far from the city center. It is a very British-style hotel. The small garden is beautifully trimmed, the room is clean, and there is a balcony. It faces the tea garden. Chambres humides avec des champignons et sans chauffage malheureusement il fesait froid ce soir là. Nourriture insipide et froide. Le seul point positif était le personnel aux petits soins sinon ma note aurait été de 2. Les photos sur le site sont loin de refléter la réalité. Hotel à éviter.

Very good hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, great scenery, very polite and prompt room service, excellent kitchen staff, great food options for vegetarians, silent, good location. We enjoyed our family stay. I would recommend this hotel for any one travelling to nuwara eliya.

Nicely located hotel surrounded by beautiful garden and with a view on Gregory’s lake. We stayed in the Princess suite which had some great beds. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Some rooms can be a bit noisy but it did not bother us. All in all a nice place to stay.

Disappointed. We were not given rooms that were shown on the website. Rooms given had a smell of sewage. Hot water 10 min delay in delivery. Incorrectly advertised on the website, the rooms offered were well below advertised standard. Completely Inadequate for elderly people.
