Nice stay in the family room of the Queenswood hotel. The place is looking a bit tired but the restaurant was good and the room cosy. Pool table was a bonus.

Nice hotel at walking distance from the city center . Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and restaurant in the hotel is of reasonable quality and you getting an amazing 59% discount. I would recommend lunch there. Some less good things: pool table room always close la at 2200, WiFi is sub standard and they don’t serve alcohol. So don’t come back to enjoy a game of pool with a beer after your night out

The staff were courteous and helpful The place is clean and full of character. Location is very good.The food is very good and it was thoroughly enjoyable. I would recommend less for any family or travellers A place we would like to stay again

The hotel staff were professional and very welcoming … we enjoyed the rooms, very cozy… the breakfast staff were very kind with the our kids as well as our selfs… we would like to thank Mr. Mahendran and Mr. Croos for the top excellent service and guide tour advice. We will be back for sure and recommend this accommodation for anyone who visits. Note: the food is all halal making it a perfect choice for Muslims.

Intercambiaron mis AirPods nuevos guardados en un neceser en la habitación por unos que no funcionaban. Me di cuenta al llevarlos a arreglar ya en España ya que los tenía en garantía.El hotel no ha localizado al ladrón a pesar de enviarles la ubicación de mis AirPods en tiempo real en su hotel.

Apenas o quarto se salva no meio de tanto desastre. O restaurante é um caos, tanto em termos da qualidade da comida como do serviço. É muito amadorismo e incompetência. O pequeno almoço é parco, sem variedade e extremamente pobre. Eu sei que o país neste momento enfrenta dificuldades mas isso não justifica que os hóspedes não sejam servidos com o mínimo exigível. Pouca atenção á limpeza do quarto: estive 3 das 4 noites sem que despejassem o caixote do lixo. Até mesmo para mudar as toalhas de banho foi necessário fazer um pedido expresso. Definitivamente não recomendo este hotel a ninguém.

This place was lovely. Great room snd bathroom, very clean. The little restaurant served beautiful food a. Nd breakfast was great, thank you Tom Cruz and other staff. The manager was dp helpful and took us for the train in his Tuk Tuk on the morning we left. Great location. DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER THAN THIS HOTEL. stayed 2 nights from 1wth 13th March

Very nice hotel. Cozy boutique hotel. Perfect service. Everything you ask for is arranged immediately. We got a breakfast box for our walk to Worlds End and that was delicious. The restaurant was also really delicious. Very diverse choice. All in all a topper
