Hôtel joli de l’extérieur et dans les parties communes mais complètement hors d’âge dans les chambres et salles de bain. Aucune vue (donne sur une clôture) aucun charme. Cuisine pas au niveau, aucune insonorisation. Nous avons passé la nuit avec une dizaines d’anglais très alcoolisés ( dans un hôtel qui ne sert pas une goutte d alcool..!) Hôtel qu’on ne recommande pas ..

A quaint cottage with the most well kept and beautiful garden. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The staff including Mr. Shashi and Gopinath were extremely hospitable and welcoming. They even accommodated our food demands to the best of their ability. The manager Mr. Frank made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Tranquilo pero bonito hotel, que huele a clase por todos sus poros. Tiene pocas habitaciones y poco staff, pero suficiente. Es parte de su encanto, es muy tranquilo, nada bullicioso, familiar. Nuestra habitación era muy grande, con muebles clásicos, suficientes cajones, buen baño. La finca y su jardín es de foto, como si el hotel emergiera de un bosque. Es como una gran mansión inglesa. Está muy bien situado, con un pequeño y agradable paseo estás en el centro de la localidad. El equipo, 2 empleados, fueron encantadores, incluso nos ayudaron con un problema que tuvimos con nuestra maleta. Buen desayuno. Wifi correcta. Muy recomendable.

Really enjoyed our stay. It’s a well maintained and well appointed old property. Our room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with a lot to choose from. They had local newspapers available, written in English in a nice room set up for relaxing in.

This is a great home stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. There is a lovely English style cottage garden to sit in and enjoy the morning sun with a cup of tea. There are 2 lounge areas, so it was perfect for sitting and having a nightcap after dinner. The absolute highlight of our stay was the host, Ragu. He went out of his way to help us and make sure that everything was perfect. He was full of great local knowledge and tips. He cooked us a Sri Lankan breakfast, which was delicious and enormous. I would definitely stay here again and do not hesitate to recommend it. It's great value for your money.

The Hill cottege is a small bungalow situation middle of Nuwaraeliya city. Clean, well maintained room with wifi, and all other needs. Shiva,Ragu,Jim and other guys gave were very helpful souls. Food was served hot,fresh and so delicious. Reasonable price with beautiful stay ❤️ A place to go for sure !

Cottage anglais juste à côté du club house de la ville. L’hôtel est soit disant de haut standing ce qui ne nous a pas semblé être le cas. Nous n’avions pas la plus jolie chambre. Chambre poussiéreuse, style anglais démodé. Nous avons eu très froid et le chauffage d’appoint est à peine suffisant. Dîner du soir « imposé » dans une salle de la maison où nous avons eu très froid. Petit déjeuner correct … sans plus. Personnel agréable.
