OK, but not worth the price. The room is relatively small, especially the corner of the bed where it is easy to hit your legs. I hope it can be improved.

We had the best experience at nuwara eliya, special thanks to the westernbury palace. The staff, food, location everything was top notch. The staff was extremely helpful. Specially yaso, he’s a great guy, surprised us with a special candle light dinner. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a luxury getaway in nuwara eliya. Will surely visit again!

The best hotel ever. Amazing food, great service, we felt like king and queen!!. Truly a special place, the staff makes this place truly feel like a palace. If you come here, meet yaso, great person made our entire stay wonderful, something we will cherish for a long time.

The Westbury Palace was the best place we have stayed in Sri Lanka. The food was great and a highlight for us was the heated pool - it was actually warm! Excellent location to visit Horton Plains and there is a very nice golf course nearby. The room and facilities were clean.

Enjoyed a 2 night stay with the staff giving a very good personalized service. The hotel is also centrally located allowing for excursions to the nearby Gregory’s lake and Victoria Park as well as being a good base to roam further out to see the various waterfalls and sights around Nuwara Eliya. The kids enjoyed the heated pool as well.

Great views. Very accommodating staff. Lovely food. Very close to other places in Nuwarea eliya. Pushpakanth and team were on Very nice. Ame for a family trip had a great time and loved the personalised attention. Would recommend it for anyone.
