The worst service I have ever encountered in more than 70 hotels in more than 20 countries. I booked a hotel on Ctrip, but the front desk said that Ctrip didn’t give them the money, and asked me to communicate with Ctrip about the money. One hour later, Ctrip had handled it, but then they said that my order didn’t include breakfast, even though the room rate included breakfast.
