We recently booked a family room for a stay with friends, and overall, the experience was mixed. The garden was truly exceptional, with beautiful flowers and well-thought-out arrangements that created a lovely atmosphere. The caretakers were welcoming and incredibly helpful, attending promptly to our needs and requests. The family room, which is partially underground, was spacious and well-furnished. It featured nice sofas and TV, providing a comfortable area to relax. Additionally, there was a pantry area, which was convenient for preparing quick meals and snacks. However, there was a significant drawback. Throughout our stay, there was a persistent bad smell, may be some drainage issues. Despite our complaints, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily. The staff responded by providing an air freshener, but its effect lasted less than two hours. Eventually, we had to ask them to leave the air freshener with us for continual use. Another point to note is that there is only one washroom for the family room, which can be inconvenient for larger groups. And locks of the bathroom doors did not work.

The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring every need was met. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience, making my visit to Nuwara Eliya truly memorable. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night in Aaradhya Nuwara Eliya with our 3 children and were very disappointed by this hotel. Firstly, we did not find the usual welcoming atmosphere we enjoyed in all other hotels in Sri Lanka. The overall standard is very basic with no specific charm, cool white light, no furniture in the rooms, no heating, no bath mat, no shampoo, etc. As for the shower, we could enjoy 3 minutes of warm water in each room before it turned cold. The worst experience happened at checkout, when they wanted to charge us a price significantly higher than what was confirmed on our reservation. As the reception staff did not speak English (!), it took us over 1 hour, including several phone calls with the hotel manager, to eventually come back to the originally confirmed price. Overall a very disappointing experience, which did not correspond to what we were expecting when we read the hotel description.

Had an amazing stay at Aaradhya Nuwara Eliya. The hotel is very clean and located in the heart of Nuwara Eliya City. The rooms are luxurious, super clean and spacious. Room heaters are great.Buffets are having awesome spread. Thank you Aaradhya Team
