Accueil de très bonne qualité dans ce boutique hôtel avec vu sur le champ de course de la ville : thé, massage des épaules de 2 minutes et boîte de chocolats de qualité. Belle chambre avec une très bonne literie, butler personnel souriant, coffre, bureau, grande télé, salle de douche petite mais parfaite avec tout le nécessaire. Seul le chauffage laisse à désirer. Bonne wifi. L’hôtel propose un bar, une salle de billard, une salle de restaurant / petit-déjeuner, un sauna, hamam et jacuzzi sur demande pour une heure gratuitement et un spa avec massages classiques. Petit-dejeuner à table avec beaux fruits, corbeille de pains de mie et viennoiseries, oeufs et granola vraiment tout très fin. Nous n’avons pas pris le dîner trop copieux et gastronomique européen (nous aurions préféré avoir le choix avec un rice and curry de qualité) pour 50$. Nous recommandons cette belle maison au personnel souriant, très British. Franchement merci pour ce séjour.

This is a beautiful property !! Very clean!! Staff are amazing . Excellent service. Gardens are awesome very well kept property outside and inside. It has a very Colonial feel to it!!! Decor is very rich looking and soothing to the eye . They have a wonderful full spa service too!!

Wat een waanzinnig fijne ervaring is Bellwood Manor. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd en meer. Van de ontvangst tot het afscheid, deze plaats en de mensen zitten in ons hart. De kamer heeft alles wat je je maar kunt wensen; van het zachtste frisse beddengoed, de perfecte slaapkwaliteit tot de zalige badproducten en heerlijke douche. De kok tovert de meest fantastische maaltijden tevoorschijn en het ontbijt in het ochtendzonnetje is iets om nooit te vergeten. We hebben nu al heimwee♥️

An amazingly well-restored house, two years a hotel. Well appointed and luxurious, with a restaurant, cocktail bar and spa, beautiful gardens and garden games. There’s a snooker room too. The staff were immaculate, professional and warm. The food was very good, though my preference would be to focus on three great courses rather than five or six for dinner. Breakfasts were good. There’s spa service was friendly and professional and the massage good. Recommended if you’re up in Nuwara Eliya.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The entire staff is very pleasant, caring and very accommodating. We stayed just for a night but it was a great experience Thanks to Janaka for being attentive during the meals and helpful in giving us tips on which places to visit on the way to Kandy.

Wat een mooi gerestaureerd kleinschalig hotel. De inrichting, materiaal keuze en ontvangst zijn van een hoog niveau. Gezien het koude en natte weer was de extra heater op de kamer een welkom extra. Keuken is op een hoogniveau en licht, het was een verademing

One of the best places I’ve been in nuwareliya the food is amazing the chef is such a nice person soo are the waiters and the entire staff team and the service is soooooo goooood everyone was soo nice here and the service feels soo personal it’s catered to our needs which made my stay feel at home

Waking up to Beautiful and scenic & misty views of the tea plantations & array of flora . Fabalous meals by culinary chef Don pubudu ,excellent service provided by the restaurant staff. Warm hospitality and personalised service by the hotel manager .All our requests were attended to promptly . Property with colonial feel and a beautiful experience .
