Sunway GRID by SR Home

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Sunway Grid by SR Home in Johor, and my experience was pretty good. Here are some highlights and areas for improvement: Positive Aspects: Cleanliness and Comfort: The apartment was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the amenities provided, especially the slide within the accommodation, and the Olympic-sized pool. Responsive Service: The customer service was prompt and helpful, addressing any queries or issues efficiently. Location: The location is convenient, being close to several attractions like Sunway Big Box Retail Park and LEGOLAND Theme Park. I like that it is relatively quiet at night, without the buzzling night life of other areas. Areas for Improvement: Maintenance: I find the water pressure/flow of the shower to be quite low. Not a deal breaker but more water pressure will be much appreciated. Overall: Overall, Sunway Grid has potential with its modern loft-style apartments and excellent location. The place is cozy and comfortable, checking in and out instructions were easy to follow. My girl loves the room and had enjoyed herself during the stay.

Super good fun exciting room for the kiddos. Non stop fun for the. Easy check in and check out process. Didn't step out of the room at all after check in. Can order grab for dinner as well :)

1. the bottom of the slide is broken & detached (maybe caused by the design problem: the end should be flattened out, not sudden stop) 2. the red circle hook part is making loud squeaky sound (maybe should add oil periodically?) 3. good swimming pool and gym and lobby 4. easy to check in & out 5. well-equipped in-room facilities (like kitchen, plates, microwave, water machine etc), but playing facilities need to be maintained well 6. overall great for family stay, will come again if needed.

This apartment is very clean and comfortable, making it a great place to stay. The projector TV was a hit for movie nights, and the beds were thick with just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. It even includes a washer/dryer and a water dispenser with both hot and cold water. The condo features a large pool, though I didn’t get the chance to use it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat while still enjoying affordable food and shopping in JB. A must-try!
