Really disappointing. Car broke down in Calais, so we were stranded and had had no hope of getting there in time for our booking. Gave the hotel as much notice as possible (8 hours), and requested that they refund our room and breakfast but they refused.
Needless to say we won't be booking there again and will tell the many travellers in our mototsports club to avoid aswell. Shame you couldn't be more sympathetic as you will now miss out on a lot of repeat business.

Super motor weekend gehad in de Eifel en verblijf gehad in het motorsport hotel! Drie nachten verbleven. Aardig personeel en vriendelijk ontvangen. Top ontbijt erbij helemaal prima. Gratis parkeergelegenheid en tevens een veilige plek om de motoren neer te zetten!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, sauber, zentral, gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel war zum Glück nicht so groß. Sehr gemütlich. Der Nürburgring war zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Gut war auch, dass ein Restaurant am Hotel war. Parkplatz top. Wir kommen wieder. Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

Out of season stay
Ideal location for the 'ring, large carpark made it easy for a trailer. The restaurant below the hotel is a separate business but they were helpful. I went out of season and found reception locked up
