Really disappointing. Car broke down in Calais, so we were stranded and had had no hope of getting there in time for our booking. Gave the hotel as much notice as possible (8 hours), and requested that they refund our room and breakfast but they refused.
Needless to say we won't be booking there again and will tell the many travellers in our mototsports club to avoid aswell. Shame you couldn't be more sympathetic as you will now miss out on a lot of repeat business.

Out of season stay
Ideal location for the 'ring, large carpark made it easy for a trailer. The restaurant below the hotel is a separate business but they were helpful. I went out of season and found reception locked up
