It takes an hour by bus from Jomo Kogen Station. The location is very remote, but it is very close to the nearby waterfall tourist attractions. I have to praise the service attitude of the owner of this store. Knowing that we didn't have a car and had to walk half an hour to the scenic spot, he drove us to the scenic spot and back for free. I was really touched that day. I have traveled many times, but this is the first time I experienced the most warmth and human touch!

It was great to be able to get a 2 o'clock pick-up from Jomo Kogen Station before entering Oze. In Oigami Onsen, facilities, cuisine, hot spring services, etc. It was blameless I am especially impressed with the free shuttle service to Fukiware Falls after check-in at 3 o'clock~^^

On a weekday, I stayed in a private room with an open-air bath called Hotaka. The layout of the rooms varies slightly, but they are spacious and nice. If possible, I would like a window in the bedroom. I would also like water to be provided in the room. The food is generally delicious. The portions are generous. The large public bath is small. It's a good value inn, costing just over 50,000 yen for two people.

It suddenly started snowing so we changed our plans and arrived at the hotel early, but they let us check in. The lobby area was large and it was a large, long-established inn. The room was upgraded. The double wash basins are fully equipped with toiletries for men and women. The snow-covered river and mountains could be seen through the large windows, making it look like a painting. I was able to relax in a beautiful, spacious room (the folds were a little squeaky) with delicious Yunohana Manju (Karinto Manju) and tea. This manju was so delicious that I ended up buying a box at the shop at the hotel (it's Karinto Manju, but it's not greasy and moist). My friends and I were enjoying the change in weather that we could see through the large windows. The bath is a large public bath, and the hot springs here are fed directly from the source, which is a blend of two sources. Although it was snowing, the temperature was just right as the hot spring water continued to flow into the bathtub, so I thoroughly enjoyed the snow-viewing bath. I was satisfied with the dinner in the private room. The Joshu beef sukiyaki and dessert, almond tofu, were especially delicious. There was also one Western plate (bruschetta), and I enjoyed the variation in taste of each item. Also, the local sake (300cc) was reasonably priced at 1,100 yen and went well with the menu. The disappointing thing is the customer service of the dining staff. I had to light the sukiyaki before I had even had my aperitif, so even though I said I would like it later, I turned it on quickly (I could hear "not yet" from the next room), and at the end I said thank you for the meal. They were all expressionless, and when I thought they made tea at breakfast, they only filled half of the teacup, which is a bit unusual these days, and both of them had poor customer service. Although the food was delicious, I felt a little disappointed. However, the people at the front desk were kind and helpful. Although it was still snowing, we had a satisfying stay with good hot springs and delicious food.
