Everything worked well. The bed was comfortable. Our room had both a comfortable sofa, a chair and a table - a very nice touch. There was lots of storage. It would have been nice if there were a mirror in the room. The breakfast was adequate, omelets were made to order and the staff was helpful. However, the bathroom could use a bit of an overhaul. The toilet paper holder didn’t hold the paper, the socket by the hair dryer came out of the wall and there should be shelf space over the sink. Most importantly, this hotel should come into the 21st-century and accept credit cards. We had a lot of trouble charging our bills. They should understand that Americans don’t have pin numbers on their credit cards as Europeans do

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel de Nukus. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie comfortable, la salle de bain fonctionnelle, la climatisation efficace, et le wifi de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. C'est un hôtel simple, mais quoi demander de plus pour dormir une nuit avant d'aller visiter le magnifique musée Savitsky tout proche.

Чисто, уютно, хорошая сантехника и мебель. Очень гостеприимные люди. Вкусный завтрак. 10 минут пешком до музея Савицкого. Рядом несколько кафе, где можно посидеть вечером. Просторные номера. Приезжали на одну ночь с целью посетить музей.

Actually I didn't stay there, but... I made a reservation already in November 2024 by mail.I had their response and got the confirmation for 7 rooms with breakfast for two nights in May 2025. Yesterday,one month before arrival, the cancel the full reservation because they have a bigger group which increased their number of guests. OK, there I'm standing with my group of 13 people, one month before arrival. I have now another hotel, Damir Hotel, but of course more expensive because we are closer to the arrival date. Do not use Jipek Joli hotel. They are unreliable.

Jipek Joli Hotel was a great experience for me. Excellent pre-stay communication. My room 204 was huge, super clean, fresh, smelled lovely and the linen/bed was great. Fridge, kettle, water, tbags, cups,etc supplied. Breakfast was generous and delicious- the youghurt and fruit and a coffee machine value added for me. Thanks- enjoyed my 2 nights over 2 stays pre and post Aral Sea tour with Ayim Tours.

Hôtel en face d'un bâtiment délabré qui se fait se demander ou on est arrivé mais grande chambre . Bon lit. Petit déjeuner buffet assez bon avec des produits locaux de qualité et possibilité de demander des plats chauds comme une omelette, délicieuse.

Gutes Stadthotel an guter Lage. Unser Zimmer war in Erdgeschoss direkt zur Strasse hin. Trotz Verkehr war das kein Problem. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war eher dürftig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
