Le séjour au Nuky Hiva Pearl Resorts est un vraie expérience de sérénité. Les bungalow face à la baie de Taiohae invitent à la méditation. Le personnel est plein de bienveillance et les diners sur la terrasse très subtile

Très bon hôtel. Je recommande les services de Karine, masseuse exceptionnelle, et ceux de Dada et Pierre, des guides remarquables de professionnalisme et de gentillesse. Restaurant gastronomique. Piscine à débordement. Personnel souriant et disponible.

Un endroit qui est splendide grâce à l’équipe qui gère cet établissement . Ne vous attendez pas au standard relais et châteaux des autres pays ou de ceux de métropole ! Attendez vous à des rencontres avec un personnel au top , d’une extrême bienveillance avec des guides au top dont Dada ,Pierre et William ! Ce partage de leur île font de cet endroit un château de partage . Les bungalows et les repas sont très bien ! Les ingrédients sont de qualité . Petit bémol : compter 2 h pour entrée plat dessert le soir ! Mais quand on est au paradis on a le temps non ?

Hôtel charmant mais ne réponds pas aux caractéristiques habituelles des relais châteaux ce qui n’est pas. Surprenant compte tenu de l’éloignement du lieu. De beaux bungalows, ou ajouter une machine nespresso ne serait pas de trop.un transfert à 8 serres dans un minibus ne correspond pas aux normes relais et châteaux. De très bons guides comme William mais il est dommage qu à l’arrivée l Ensemble des possibilités ne soient pas présentées car que cela soit le Massage qui n’est même pas indiqué sur le site Internet et le cours de sculpture devraient être mis plus en avant. Une restauration de qualité mais pas constante dans le service ( un repas en heure dix et le Lendemain 2h15). Bons desserts et bon petit déjeuner Les instructions communiquées au Niveau alimentaire ont parfaitement été respectées. Petite piscine suffisante soirée musicale agréable le vendredi soir

What can I say!! This hotel is a piece of gem in a slice of heaven. I’m so glad we chose to stay here and spend a few days on the beautiful island of Nuku Hiva. The staff and service was absolutely superb. Big shout out for Dada - staff as well as guide. The location is excellent and the bungalow we have a stunning view. The bungalows are spacious, clean, well appointed And very comfortable. The restaurant is nice with great options. Definitely go for the Langoustine!! The excursions were fun and the guides are knowledgeable and pleasant. We explored a large part of the island. Just chill and forget the rest of the world.

Vue magnifique, personnel attentionné, établissement calme . Nourriture très correcte. Bungalow joli. Excursions très agréables , je recommande le guide William qui très cultivé et adorable . Il nous a fait partager son île avec amour . Ne pas oublier d’organiser une balade à cheval avec Nui . Il manque des navettes régulières vers le village , il faut prendre le taxi à chaque fois.

L'hôtel et le lieu sont très beaux. Cependant, l'accueil en tant que visiteur est réellement désagréable. L'hôtel était vide, une seule famille a pris un petit déjeuner mais la serveuse a refusé que je m'installe en extérieur pour prendre un café et éventuellement un petit déjeuner. J'ai été installé "dans un coin" pour ne pas gêner les touristes invisibles. Et les serveuses ont enchaîné des remarques me faisant bien comprendre que ma présence n'était pas la bienvenue si je ne consommais pas à outrance. Même boire de l'eau dans ma bouteille personnelle m'a été reproché... Ce type de comportement ne pousse pas à la consommation bien au contraire!

This was an absolutely wonderful stay! I find it odd that reviews are left for the restaurant here. We had amazing customer service from the very friendly staff that worked here. We had stayed at the Pearl Bora Bora and felt that this was even a bit better. I would recommend that you book one of their packages which includes airport transfers, breakfasts, 3-course dinners, and excursions of your choice. It is difficult to explore many parts of the island without a guide or a car. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others.
