The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are good standard for Tonga, but they could be cleaned better. There were multiple cockroaches in our room and common bathrooms are very dirty. Breakfasts are good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Had a really relaxing stay here; great pool area to chill & unwind. Wifi was good for a spot of work. Breakfast was plentiful with friendly staff. Room was sizeable and nice views, and a comfy bed. Noise travels in the hallways, just to be conscious of. A 4% administration card fee on checkout was a disappointing way to end a stay however

They give you two bottles of water for the room a day and you have to use the same two bottles for the gym. There is no water in the gym. You are supposed to bring your own water. For a rather expensive hotel in town unacceptable. Twice I asked them to give me a wake-up call, they said yes and promptly forgot. Service levels are really low.
