Compared to the all-inclusive hotels I've been to before, it's a bit smaller.
So the restaurant and pool were not crowded, which was nice.
The room was also very clean, and the whirlpool bath in the room was especially great.

Paulina and Alfonso were great servers! Alfonso introduced me to the "Happiness Coffee"(ice cream, Brandy, Baileys, Coffee) which was very good. Lionel, Arabella, and Michelle were also great. Ipanema has great meats!

Our waiters Paulina Ortiz, Alfonso Ramirez and Leonel Alejandro were amazing. They gave service that was above and beyond. Special shout out to Araceli their captain and Michelle our hostess. They gave us consecutive nights of wonderful service.
