This without a doubt is the most expensive option in Lago Agrio , the cost /benefit of staying here makes this place is NOT WORTH IT , you can easily feel that what ance an active bustling hotel has become a encampment for oil company Service workers ! The room was very clean , comfy bed , poor AC , only 1 bottle of water in the room and mine available at recepción ! No brown sugar for the morning coffee ! Breakfast not aceptable for the 125 usd room rate Staff do their best and are very attemtive , problem must be with the Management Do NOT stay here , look for a place for 30-40 usd and it will be just as good as here

El hotel está muy bien, cómodo, las amenidades superiores a lo esperado. Sólo cuando llegamos la recepción se encontraba en mantenimiento con mal aspecto y poco seguro. Hay pocas opciones para comer en la zona y los alrededores tampoco se ven amigables, pero el hotel muy cómodo y el personal amable. Precios bastante excesivos.

I honestly wish we could have stayed here longer!
From the outside, this place is very unassuming. The area around it has mostly older buildings. But once you pull into the gates, it's clear why this is a highly rated hotel. Complete with welcome drinks, a luxurious pool, and a very attentive staff, this hotel was the perfect oasis before a rugged stay in the Amazon.
There are quite a few dining options in Lago Agrio, but you could also relax and enjoy the on-site restaurant. The room was probably the nicest we had during our 3-week vacation. I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

The breakfast buffet was very rich. But I have a complaint regarding cleanliness in common areas such as the pool and gym. They were very neglected and there were bugs on the floor everywhere. In addition, the HK service was very invasive in the rooms because they came to clean even when we were at our breakfast time, I suggest that the cleaning be done once the guest leaves the hotel to do their business. But it was nice to see all the birds there were!
