To get to the hotel, it takes about 7 to 8 minutes on foot from the "Central Bus Terminal", but there is an uphill slope (about 100m) along the way, so it was a little difficult to walk while dragging suitcases. . The staff at check-in (Japanese woman) was very pleasant and provided detailed explanations for all my questions, so I was able to check in comfortably. The construction of the room was quite old, but it didn't cause any problems. I spent two nights skiing, and there are two ways to get to the slopes: I walked on the first day, and then used the shuttle bus (departing from and arriving at the central terminal). If you are walking, you will have to carry your skis to get to the slopes. There are uphill roads and stairs, and the promenade is also slippery due to endless climbs, so walking is not recommended for those who are not confident in their physical strength. By the way, it took about 20 minutes to get from the hotel to the slopes. For breakfast, most of the food was cold except for the rice and miso soup, but I would like at least the fried eggs and sausages to be warm. The bath was comfortable to use 24 hours a day, but I was disillusioned by the fact that a tattooed Chinese man was taking the bath. I would like to see a sign prohibiting tattoos at the entrance to the bath. Last but not least, when checking out, I requested that my luggage be delivered to my home. However, my luggage still hadn't arrived at 6pm the next day, so I called the hotel to confirm. As a result, the requested item was still in storage. According to the hotel, ``The courier has not yet come to pick it up.'' I can't believe that it's been 24 hours since I asked the hotel for delivery and the courier still hasn't come to pick it up. In the end, the package arrived two days later than originally scheduled. I strongly feel that training for hotel staff is essential. Originally I would have given it 3 stars, but due to the irresponsible customer service I gave it 2 stars. By the way, the owner of this hotel is a foreigner.
