Minshuku Mori

I visited Nozawa Onsen for the first time to escape the heat of Tokyo. The heat is the same, but the humidity is completely different. It's cool when you go into the shade! I stayed here on the second night of a planned two-night stay. At first, I only had breakfast, but the owner of the inn asked me if I could make it in time for dinner. Then it was a miracle. I enjoyed the delicious food and sake just as the reviews said! I was full! The room was clean! The shared toilet was clean! The food was delicious! The people at the inn were very considerate and it was a wonderful trip. I will come back next year to escape the heat. There is a bus stop to Iiyama Station within walking distance, a tourist information center, a post office, a liquor store, a drop-in bath, and it is conveniently close to the main street. The vending machine at the entrance is not currently in use, so I bought barley tea for the room at a liquor store about a 5-minute walk away. The room has an air conditioner, a Japanese tea set, lots of hangers, a fan, a yukata, towels, and toothpaste. There is no refrigerator. I'm used to staying in a guesthouse, so it's worth the price! My husband also praised it. There are many more recommended points.
