Hotel Kopieniec

The Hotel was a lovely place to stay during my recent trip. The hotel is situated in an excellent location, with easy access to numerous hiking trails and other outdoor activities in the area. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The hotel's wellness facilities, including the spa, were a real highlight. I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing treatments and amenities available. The ample on-site parking was also a convenient perk. While there were a few areas for improvement, the overall experience was positive. The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was quite poor ( non existing), which was frustrating given how reliant many travelers are on reliable internet access these days. Additionally, the design of the shower made it difficult to use comfortably, as the showerhead could not be mounted(taking a shower with one hand was not pleasant and comfortable). Finally, there seemed to be an issue with odors from the kitchen permeating into my room, which was less than ideal. Despite these minor shortcomings, I would still recommend the Hotel to others looking for a pleasant, well-located accommodation option in the area. With some upgrades to the internet, shower design, and kitchen ventilation!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however we were overcharged for the services and in addition when some of our friends were stranded in travel, there was a firm cancellation policy in place with only reference from pretty arrogant management to the rules. We decided never ever to go back to this hotel, however fantastic our stay with our friends has been.
